Cancellation & Refund Policy

In case of dissatisfaction from our services, customers have the liberty to cancel their services with and request a refund. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of service renewals for on-going website hosting or domain registration services must be made at least seven 7 business days prior to the end of the current service period.

Requests received later than seven 7 business days prior to the end of the current service period will be treated as cancellation of services for the next service period.

Refund Policy operates a 30 Day Risk Free Refund Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your Web Hosting package, you have the right to a full refund (excluding any Set Up Fees, Domain Name Registration Fees and / or Overages).

To claim your refund, please raise a ticket here within the first 30 days of your contract.

Refunds will be made within 30 days of receipt of your ticket.

If you have not received your refund after 30 days, or have any other refund related enquiry, please contact our Billing Team.

Please note:

Set Up Fees can only be refunded in the following circumstances:

  1. For Web Hosting packages prior to activation of the account, or if the Domain Name requested could not be registered.


Successfully registered Domain Names are excluded from the refund policy as a cost is incurred on all registrations, and registrars offer no returns policy of their own. However, you will continue to own the Domain Name even if you wish to cancel other services.

SEO Tools, Search Engine Submission, Business Directory and Other services are excluded from our refund policy.

Auto Renewal of services is also excluded from this policy. Please refer to the Auto Renewal Policy for further details.

Under no circumstances will allow a transfer of funds between accounts.

Refunds will not be given if any other Terms and Conditions or policies have been contravened.
